You will be responsible for shipping the item back to us in the same box/packaging it has been received.
Please send us the tracking number for the returned item. Once received, you will receive a store credit for the value of the item.
Returns that are damaged, used, sent back with opened packaging, soiled or altered will not be processed, nor will they be returned to sender.
Shipping costs on returned orders and replacements are non-refundable.
You will receive an email once your order has shipped with tracking details. Please check your spam folder in case the email ends up there!
